Typical turn around time after order is paid for is typically between 3-5 days, unless otherwise posted at top of website or on facebook page.  Expediting is available, please email at [email protected] or pm me on https://www.facebook.com/CustomGiftsByKB

All orders must be paid in full prior to any work being performed. Payments can be made directly though the website with any debit/credit card or thru PayPal, or let me know what you are requesting and I can also send you a Paypal invoice.  If using Paypal, there HAS TO BE A SHIPPING address on file with them or the order will need to be cancelled and re ordered.  Paypal has changed how they accept payments, if you think this will be an issue please use direct checkout.

All images contained on this site are the sole property of Custom Gifts by KB and their unauthorized reproduction, use or misuse are strictly prohibited.  I do not charge a setup/designer fee to custom design an item for you, most new designs/customization take me around 3-5 hours to do for the first time, these customized designs will later be displayed on my website for others to purchase as well, I will wait till after the holiday to post item, to make sure that the item has been received and  hopefully no chance of the recipient seeing the item on my website/facebook/social media page.

I personally create each of the items shown on this page.  Because of the fact that each item is personalized, I can’t resell it.  For local pick up here in the Adrian, Michigan area;  once I have sent you a message/pm to let you know that your order is finished, it needs to be picked up within 2 weeks. If the order is not picked up within 2 weeks of it being finished, it is at the discretion of Custom Gifts by KB to dispose of the order.

All T-Shirts are made to order, during the holidays it typically takes a week for some Sizes to get in, then the crafting time takes place, that is if the shirt you are looking for is one I do not already have in stock.  If there is a delay I will notify you, via either email or phone.  Anything that you order that requires the heat press can not be undone.   If you are ordering a custom decal of your choice, I will send you a proof to make sure it looks good before cutting and applying to item.

All sales are final.

Instructions & Disclosure

 Clothing items;  ie:  T-Shirts, Hoodies,  & Aprons are Machine Wash warm or hot water, recommended to turn garment inside out, Do not dry clean, No chlorine bleach.    

All of the Tumblers(s), Glass(es),  Travel Mug(s) with no handles,  are  Hand wash them only, do not fully submerge in water, gently wipe the inside and outside of the item with a hand rag, do not scrub, as this will make the vinyl/water-slide peel off, unless other wise stated in description of product.   All of the items mentioned above are designed with vinyl, unless otherwise stated in product description.

All of the Tumblers(s) and Glass(es), are hand wash only!!   They are ideal for decorational purposes only, you can use them, but they need to be very gently cleaned. I do recommend once you get them to gentlly wash them before use.  They are not dishwasher safe. They are normally just novelty or decorative items, not intended for rough every day use.

All of my printed mugs are top rack dishwasher/microwavable safe, unless otherwise stated in product description.

All sales are final.

Payments

 All orders must be paid in full prior to any work being performed. Payments can be made via the checkout link in the Shop, and or I can send an invoice though Pay Pal.

Shipping

I ship via USPS.  I can ship anywhere in the USA.  Shipping out of the USA is not being offered at this time, so please email me at  [email protected] for any questions or exceptions.

Due to integrity of customers and international shipping, we do not offer this option any longer thru the website, if there is a product you would like, and the shipping is overseas, please contact me directly.

Unfortunately, there are occasions when things break or arrive damaged due to the carrier handling the package incorrectly. This is beyond CustomGiftsbyKB’s control and your control, therefore CustomGiftsbyKB cannot be responsible for this.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, it is your responsibility to file the insurance claim with the post office. This process can be completed online. If you wish to replace the damaged item, you will need to place a new order. However I will need a picture of broken item, I will send you a discount code for the same product ordered to be placed, please notify me within 2 days of damaged order received, new order will need to be ordered within 2 weeks of receiving replacement discount code.  Any lost packages, you will need to file an insurance claim, if you have chosen insurance on the package. If it was sent out first class and gets lost, a new order will need to be replaced, I will also give a discount for the new order, however we will need to investigate the tracking info, as sometimes it will be delivered late.

All mugs, and glass sets are shipped via priority mail with insurance, however single wineglasses, tumblers, a single glass, mouse pads, coasters and apparel (TShirts, Onesies, Bibs, Aprons, tote bags)  will be shipped out via First Class mail and does not include insurance hence the low shipping cost, if you are wanting insurance or Priority mail, please let me know and I can get you what the difference will be on shipping charges. If you think it will weigh less than one pound it will go out USPS First Class Mail.  If you would like something to be expedited, please email me [email protected] and I will let you know the cost.  I am working on getting that option added to my shipping page.

Whether your order is shipped through the USPS Priority or First Class, CustomGiftsbyKB is not responsible in any way for any shipping delays or lost items once it leaves my studio.

Refunds and Exchanges

I customize each order, so once I have added vinyl to an item, I can not just take it off, if you have decided you do not want an order, please contact me ASAP, within at least 6-12 hours to let me know, I start making and designing each graphic within 12-24 hours. However during any holiday, please notify me within 2-4 hours or less, as I am designing and making orders all day long.  Once an item is shipped, buyer assumes all responsibilities.

Refunds or exchanges are not available on personalized items, they are made especially for you. If a mistake is made on your part, the item is yours to keep, there will be no refund or discount, or exchange.  If CustomGiftsbyKB makes a mistake on your item, I will exchange it with the same item that was ordered, or issue a store credit.

I do not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.

Please let me know within 2 DAYS of receiving your item (I use the tracking on the item to verify date received) if Custom Gifts by KB has made a mistake on your order.  Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits on shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you are needing something rushed, please contact me before hand. If we have agreed on a RUSH DATE, it must be noted in the “ORDER NOTES Section” at checkout.  A RUSH charge will apply in order to meet your desired date. This may also include expedited shipping at your cost, which we will talk about before hand. RUSH times are not always available, as it depends on my existing workload, other RUSH orders, and time of the year.
